Gamertell has posted a positive review of Capcom's Street Fighter IV 3D Edition for 3DS.
From the review:
"Of the 16 games available when the 3DS launched on March 27, 2011, Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition is the most high profile. It’s a gorgeous rendition of the console game that seems to fit perfectly on the handheld and could easily stand besides its PS3 and Xbox 360 cousins. Plus, the multiple difficult levels and control options guarantee beginners and masters alike will be able to enjoy matches."
