number 1 should be and IS Zeus for sure whos more bad --- then him he controls everyone he tells who what to do and the only person that could take him down is Kratos

Zeus stoped a god from going on a huge and random killing spree (And I mean random Kratos's reasons are never explained Pretty big plot hole not to mention why couldn't Zeus kill Aries in one but had no problem killing Kratos.) Then tried to stop Kratos from sending the world into chaos by killing the beings that maintain balance in the world. any way you look at it Kratos was the villain.

I always thought Ultermecia from FF8 was badass. I mean bending space and time. Plus she was a bitch to take down the first time you played it.

I mean when you first played the game and didn't really have that much of an understanding with the draw system...how magic could easiley boost you up to like 9999 health, plus not knowing the stuff for the lionheart or any other powerful weapon.

I mean this was a time when you couldn't just go online as easily for quick help or big walkthroughs

I beat that momma's boy literally 10 seconds into the battle, WITHOUT KotR.
Kefka should be higher up, he was alot more active in the story, funny, absolute evil AND he actually succeeded, if only briefly.

The he taunted you to come find him throughout the whole game... killing left and right, yet always letting you live. Telling you that your too weak to stop him and daring you to do something about him... only to find out ... your.... just... like... him.

What a complete mind fornication trip that was at the time for a video game.

Dear Bowser,

You are clearly the worse villain of all times. You don't deserve to be on that list at all.

You are too persistent. You get your annoyingly stupid plan ruined by that little plumber all the time and you just keep coming back for more beating. I mean after one time, you may try one or two more times, but when you've been defeated, beated and humiliated like some piece of garbage like 30 times, you should quit before then.

Also, Peach doesn't love you. Just because you kidnap her doesn't mean she will ever love you. Even if you didn't kidnap her, you're still a monster no one would love anyway.

You are a serious masochist who enjoy being beated by some ugly plumber with a mustache.

So I kindly award you with the worse villain of all time title, unlike the guy who posted that list and failed to see your shortcomings.
