MMGN: Splinter Cell 3D Review

MMGN writes: Splinter Cell 3D is a solid if disappointing port of Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Much like the DS port from a few years ago, this 3DS version of the popular stealth title offers concise and somewhat improved gameplay mechanics over its handheld predecessor, but a lack of multiplayer and new mechanics leave the experience feeling shallow. There is little originality in this port, and whilst the 3D definitely adds depth and improves the game’s visual pizzazz, Splinter Cell 3D is just another bare-bones launch title that plays decently but fails to offer a memorable experience.
