CheatCC says, "It's not unreasonable to expect a little less when you play a handheld version of a console title. Sure, there are exceptions to the rule (Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition, being one recent example) but on the whole, I'm always one to lower my expectations just a tad when it comes to a handheld port."
The decision-based criteria the CPU would be driven by true NFL metrics. Mostly, highly paid QBs restructure salaries, so the feature would focus primarily on them, but there are also players who are asked to take pay cuts.
With collectors complaining of rising prices, they are missing how their own actions will cause more of it in the future.
