Another week of 2011 is down, and has provided us with yet another healthy chunk of gaming news to digest. As weeks go it was a fairly leaky one, with both Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and the Gears of War 3 Epic Edition bonuses getting a slightly premature announcement.
The PSN took another week off and Square Enix had its own trouble with hackers, but the negatives were levelled out by the welcome announcements that long time franchises Hitman and Soul Calibur were back on the radar after a few years on hiatus and will be releasing fresh iterations in 2012.
