Game Character Showdown - Bout #10 (Marcus Fenix vs Commander Shepard / BloodRayne vs Bayonetta)

I had a tough time deciding between Bayonetta and Rayne. I finally went with Rayne because I miss the BloodRayne series so much. The other matchup was a lot easier for me. Shephard over Fenix any day of the week.

Loved the original Blood Rayne. The send one? Not so much.

Don't know anything about bloodrayne, but shephard will kick marcus ass. He beat reaper (world destroyer), while marcus still having problem getting rid of the hord. Just that alone, i think shephard win.

but the hord are a much brutal group than what shepe had to fight.

That dude was impossible to beat, probably one of the most frustrating moments in gaming this generation.

And if the ending of Mass Effect 2 is anything to go by, they're still around much like the Horde is in Gears.

then again shephard has much more destructive assernals of weapons (black hole, nuke, plasma, etc..with plenty of upgrades for more destruction), plenty of armors w/ shield, battle ship, and then bionic powers as well. Gears is just down to the gun and that hammer thing from the sky (that doesn't work all the time).

Gears and horde do take a lot of damage before they go down though.

Bayonetta would whip Blood Rayne's ass. That's not even a good match up. A better one would be Dante vs Bayonetta. In terms of power, they're pretty much equals.
