Set in America, 2027, a new war has broken out, which has taken most of the country down with it. North and South Korea have joined forces, under the new rule of Kim Jong-un, Jong-Il’s son, and after oil prices soar to over $20 a gallon due to conflict in the Middle East, all economies and allegiances start to crumble.
