PlayTV – Patch 2.03 Fixes Problems (Mostly)

"PlayTV essentially turns your PlayStation 3 into a Freeview+ recorder, able to record, pause and rewind Freeview television. Launched in September 2008, PlayTV has since received a series of updates bringing 1080p upscaling, community chat features and the long-awaited series link.

However, patch 2.02 was released in December 2010 and brought with it a host of unexpected problems, including freezing at startup and programmes not recording properly. Thankfully, a patch bringing in version 2.03 of the software was released a few days ago and with a bit of tweaking it seems to resolve all of the problems that 2.02 created."

I got this connected to my PC the day I got it the software is terrible

Probably because it's designed for the PS3.
I have owned it since launch and had no problems at all with it. Excellent value for money IMO.

No the ps3 software is terrible using it with media center is a lot better should worded that better.
