The U.S. version of Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle is now available for the PSP. The game is available both in UMD and PSN download formats for North American gamers.
Twelve years have passed since Phantom Brave was originally released for the Playstation 2. It saw ports on the Wii, Phantom Brave: We Meet Again and a PSP version, Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle which included additional content. Finally, this strategy RPG has hit PC through Steam and is quite impressive.
SBG: "Looking for a good game for yourself or someone else this holiday season? We’ve got you covered. If you’re a fan of games with a Japanese bent, you had a good year on the PSP."
A few years after being released onto the PlayStation 2 and ported onto the Nintendo Wii, NIS America releases the tactics-style RPG Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle onto the PSP. Are five new characters and slightly-improved graphics enough to keep the game from showing it's age?
Sony fans that don't own a PSP are really suffering right now. Valkyria Chronicles, Metal Gear Solid, and now Phantom Brave. I'm sure there are others I can't remember.
It's just a port. Bah!
Waste of resources. The game has been released twice before this.
Well seeing as I own this game on the Wii i see no need for this version.
