The original Sonic the Hedgehog is, quite rightly, a genuine classic. The speedy little blue hedgehog’s breakthrough release has since been released in just about every classic compilation on every console Sega could think of, including – now – the PlayStation Network.
... Enough is enough, and anyone who actually pays to download this is getting a raw deal considering you can get the game, and a whole host of other games on the retail (or even PSP download) release Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection. As part of a compilation, you'll be paying a fraction of the asking price of this here download.
In a world where Gambit thrived, Destiny 2’s seasons, storylines, and even its endgame might’ve revolved around PvEvP as a core foundation.
Destiny already has the pretty hyper 'raid' fixation and then they added legendary raid dungeons. Hyperfixating in PvEvP wouldn't work as well because you need a lot more than 2% of the userbase to keep that going unlike raids that are propped up by streamers who make running them their whole job. Most players don't play all the raids let alone run them over and over. And most who play PvP don't want structured PvE elements.
For those times when you’d rather watch than play — these games are as binge-worthy as your favourite Netflix series.
It’s time game developers stop ignoring one of the most beloved features in gaming history: split-screen couch co-op. I miss it!
It's a shame to me that so few indie devs seem interested in catering to this era (split screen era) of nostalgic gaming. Many of them are interested in retro gaming, obviously, but almost all of them seem to drift either to platformers or Metroidvanias (no issue with either, there have just been so many). I'd love to see an indie dev really try to capture that late N64/PS1 through early Xbox/PS2/GameCube era of split screen gaming.
So, it's a great game but you don't want to have to pay for it, so give it a low review score.
How about you give your opinion on the game and let me decide how to spend my money. I hate when reviewers can't be bothered to actually review a game.
i got it on ps+ so no complaints. i probably would have bought it anyways.
lol, I have the Sonic Mega Collection for PS2.
Maybe it's just me but did anyone else have problems with the responsiveness of jumps? Something felt real off to me unless my controller needs so tuning.
Haha trophies! I got it for free too. I struggle to waste any more time on that old game. It ate my life once already...
