They’re releasing this on the Switch 2… I genuinely wonder how that’s going to turn out?..
I was enjoying it, but im gonna shelf it while i catch up on my backlog and see what gets patched in the meantime. Hopefully better optimized and maybe a classic color filter by then 🤞
As long as that archaic engine is still in play, this issue won't be resolved for Bethesda's games

No Helgast or Godot or Tier 11 huntard? Oh well, as long as they don't include Luigi then its all good. :P
I always thought the keyblade armour from KH series looked pretty cool. KH2FM+ secret ending was fangasmic.
They forgot one of the most iconic pieces of head gear ever, Pyramid head from silent hill 2.
mehhh where is megaman
This is a cool list even if they left out some stuff as Megaman and Helghast. The problem is that it's only 30 mentions...
Recognizeable head features (hair, beard, tatoos, headgear, hats, jewelry, etc) has always been part of gaming design. In the 80's it had a lot to do with tech limitation, what generated designs like Megaman, Prince (Prince of Persia) or Hero (Dragon Warrior/Dragon Quest).
But for more new IPs, specially in the last 10 years, it's all about making your character cool and recognizeable. This what generated great characters as Piramid Head (Silent Hill), Ico, Helghast (Killzone), Stranger (OddWorld)... Even some unappealing games like Haze and Dark Void tried to design cool character by adding cool high tech helmets.
For sure some games simply add hats or helmets to go with the setting (old west needs cowboy hats, noir or mafia ask for fedoras, medieval goes with knight helmets, war setting demands military helmets and headgear, etc).
And I think none of what I mentioned got into the list too.
