The mini-games are also a bit challenging for younger kids, I can't imagine any child under the age of 8 would be able to play this game and enjoy themselves, so don't buy this game if you are looking for a fun Kinect game for your 5 year old.
The mini-games have three different difficulty settings and are all different enough to keep you engaged and keep the challenges tough, fun and new. I personally enjoy this type of game and find the process of taking 10-15 minutes a day to test different areas of my brain and reflexes enjoyable and kind of addicting.
