PSN Returns for Banned Consoles

PSIDPatch 1.5 arrived today and may be the saving grace for currently banned users. The program allows users to change their PSID, a unique identifier which console banning relies on. Reports are coming in that if you are able to get another legitimate unbanned PSID, you can use this program to change your banned PSID to the unbanned clean PSID.
