GameXplain Says: "Overall, Mario Sports Mix consists of four sports, most of which are half-baked. Volleyball and Basketball failed to hook me on any level--their glacial pace really drains these sports of the energy they should be exuding. And I couldn’t imagine anyone really enjoy playing this game by their self--the game’s AI, at least starting out, is incredibly simplistic, making the tournaments a chore to play through. If you plan to pick this game up, make sure you have friends to play it with."
BLG writes: "The world’s favorite plumber is also a huge sports fan. When he’s not busy stomping goombas, you can find Mario hitting the links, swinging his tennis racket, or playing some street soccer with his pals. Mario sports games have a long history, dating all the way back to the original NES. Some have been home runs. Others were a swing and a miss."
The ‘Mario Sports’ trademark has been registered by Nintendo for Europe and Australia. The two listings for the Mario Sports trademarks in Europe and Austraila were both registered on May 20, 2020.
