Fix this! Xbox 360 Controller Assignment

You are untouchable by the poor souls that have to play against you. Then the unthinkable happens. Your controller dies. What do you do? With the PS3 you are able to pick up another controller, turn it on, and change the controller setting without skipping a beat. The process is very simple and can be accomplished in just a few short seconds. No harm, no foul.

For the Xbox 360, this scenario is a disaster.
