Sony Ericsson to update Xperia X10 to Gingerbread 2.3

It seems that the Xperia X10 might not be dead after all. Although the XDA developers are creating the 2.2 Froyo update, it has surfaced the news that Sony Ericsson might be working on Android 2.3. Sony Ericsson's Response and release date of this possible firmware has been announced.
