Marvel vs Capcom 3 to Not Have Spectator Mode at Launch

Dualshockers.com did a recent preview of Marvel vs Capcom 3, and they had plenty of good things to say about the game. One of the bad is that SSF4 and MvC2 style spectator mode for online play is not available.

1 - Name one MvC game that had a 'Super' or 'HD Remix' version. This isn't Street Fighter.
2 - It's already been said that the Spectator mode and the save video thing will be patched in later.

I dunno why you're getting butthurt. This game have been in development for quite some time and it's pretty inexcusable that features which are present in Capcom's most recent fighting title are mysteriously absent here. As far as there being no "Super", "HD" or "Remix", would you feel better if I said X-Men/Marvel vs. Street Fighter/Capcom: Fate of Two Worlds Clashing Between A Bunch Of New Age Super Heroes.

It doesn't matter how you slice it, Capcom likes to withhold features so that they can bend you over and charge you extra for them later, FACT. If they're patching it in that's just plain lazy on their part. Did they forget all about spectator mode when they were busy deciding how much they should charge you for Jill Valentine?

As for that idiot "Baka" (fitting name BTW), Capcom just wanted me to plunk down $40 for a brand new game as my copy of SFIV became obsolete. If you didn't buy the original SFIV, good for you, you get SSFIV for "only" $40. Unfortunately for those of us who did buy the original, SSFIV could basically be considered $40 worth of DLC but hey, at least it comes in a shiny new case. On top of that, Yun and Yang will be included in the Arcade version of SSFIV and I'm sure they'll be charging for players to use them at home on their PS3s or 360s. The only thing that's a bigger joke than Capcom and their DLC shenanigans is you for being stupid enough to not see what's going on right in front of your face.

I get mad because there is always someone saying to wait for Super MvC3 which is just stupid because the Marvel vs Capcom series has never had a Super installment (No Super Marvel vs Capcom, No Super Marvel vs Capcom 2) yet so many people think they sound smart by saying "oh wait for SMvC3" when it is never going to happen.

Guys like you as so full of crap , it smears your eyes and blind you .

Had SSF4 been released as dlc like whiners kept professing , you'd have been paying something closer to 80 dollars worth of it , at the very least .

We are talking about a market where some concurrent games , albeit excellent , sells you 4 color packs at five dollars , and at least two others games one character at 8 dollars .

Good luck getting 10 new characters and stage cheaper than the disc you were "forced" to buy for ssf4 then . All of that probably with one or two less features or changes . Good luck getting any change to a netcode as a dlc as well .

The irony is that, now it turns out we will be fed dlc characters like people requested instead of the ssf4 disc , it's suddenly a problem .

I'll stick to being the idiot , being smart like you guys is way too expensive for my taste .

Not every game. Some games don't even have dlc. I shouldn't not used the word "stupid" but it just doesn't make sense for me to buy this as soon as possible.

Capcom has now an history of adding that kind of things for free . You'll pay for the potential dlc characters and costumes , just like every fighting games who later on add characters and costumes .
