Sept. 360 sales to rival Wii with Halo 3 surge

Analyst Michael Pachter expects Microsoft to sell upwards of 400,000 total Xbox 360 units in September due to surging Halo 3 demand.

"It will be the biggest first-day seller ever," Pachter told USA Today in an article that explores the massive amounts of hype surrounding the game. "It will grow the installed base," he added.
