im still not liking this you must pay more for characters dlc :(

RockmanII74995d ago

What game doesn't have DLC?

ApexHell4995d ago

dlc is fine if they want to add stuff later but not the same day the game comes out lol.

RockmanII74995d ago (Edited 4995d ago )

So you worried about DLC being made before the game comes out. That I agree with, I have a very strong feeling that characters like Megaman/Cyclops were taken out to be DLC and are being worked on right now. It's stupid, but what can you do. I'm buying the Limited edition because it costs only $10 more and it comes with 2 DLC characters (who I assume will cost $10 when they are released to the public) and other things so this version saves money. If your getting the normal edition, I would recommend getting it used a week or two after the game comes out and use the money you saved on whatever DLC character(s) you think should have been on the disc. That way you still only pay $60 and you get that person who was DLC but should have been on the disc.

ApexHell4995d ago

ye thats what i was thinking of doing was getting it used then spending the rest on dlc.

What's the point of worrying now ?

Every games comes with dlc now , and many of them on launch day .

It's too late to worry , it's already an established practice and wont go away now

I'm looking at Zero/Tron/Taskmaster/Super Skrull to main but I'm also curios to see how I play with Wesker and Spencer.

anasurimbor4995d ago

I'm pretty much set on using Wesker, but there are so many great characters and playstyles to pick from. I have an eye on Zero, Amaterasu, Arthur, Dante, Dormammu, and Akuma.

Baka-akaB4995d ago

I'm planning three sets ... yeah that's a lot but i'm quite interested by all of those characters :

-Taskmaster/Deadpool/Doom
-Super-Skrull/Wesker/X-23
-Dormammu/Phoenix/Thor (team godly ftw!!)

Tuxedo_Mask4995d ago

I'll wait until "Super" Marvel vs. Capcom or whatever it will be called comes out to buy this. I already made the mistake of buying SFIV only to hear the announcement of SSFIV the week after.

dlc is great it gives them time to make more characters that we want quit being cheap just don't buy them its not that serious..super marvel vs capcom wont be out for another 10years might as well buy this 1...

Capcom Summer humble bundle offers $349 worth of Steam Deck games for $30

Humble Bundle offers a new summer deal with classic Capcom games and additional charity support - you won't want to miss it.

Chryzz2347d ago

They the reason my steam library is growing, the bundles are crazy

__y2jb47d ago (Edited 47d ago )

As if that pile of old ass games is worth $350. I mean there’s some good titles there for sure but there’s no way most gamers haven’t already got or played most of them already. Lots of them haven’t aged well too.

It’s basically $30 for a bunch of games you’ll never play.

Some love for Resident Evil Code Veronica, Dino Crisis, or Okami would be nice Capcom.

P_Bomb57d ago

Code Veronica’s gotta be on the way. It’s the biggest missing link as far as remakes. Make it so!

KyRo56d ago

What I'll never understand with Dino Crisis was that with RE6, they went down a action heavy route which people disliked and didn't fit the RE formula but I feel that would have worked perfectly for Dino Crisis if they went down the Dino Crisis 2 route of being a action game over the more RE inspired DC1.

As long as it's nothing like DC3, Id absolutely love a new DC game.
