Not too much NEW content (there is some), but a lot of sales and discounts and stuff.

I don't think I can turn down the Scott Pilgrim game anymore :D

Looks like it could be pretty cool.

I'm downloading Mass Effect 2 and Modern Combat right now.

trancefreak4845d ago

I would like some kz3 stuff. Come on Sony I want kz3 themes, a in the trenches demo, game videos and so on.

They have their own store to advertise but they dont plaster their big titles across the screen.

when I played reach it was all over xbox live I really dont get how sony operates sometimes.

Just give me a demo of kizzy 3 and Ill be happy till the 22 of feb.

Modern Combat is my first FPS with the move. The controls are WAY too sensitive. Even with the sensitivity turned all the way down. anybody know if this how it is supposed to be?

cochise3134845d ago

they're supposed to be tht way, it's because the ps move is so precise. Mag is the same way, it just takes some time to get used to.

Pretty decent update this week. Can't wait to play some Mass Effect 2.

trancefreak4845d ago

The price should not be $59 us dollars for down loadable game. Im Sorry but no. It should have a price reduction being DD.

Im buying the disced version but maybe im being old fashioned.

ftwrthtx4845d ago

The download version should have been at least 10 bucks cheaper

BigWoopMagazine4845d ago

well, even though they don't look great, I gotta try those demos. eventually...

ftwrthtx4845d ago

Scott Pilgrim for 5 bucks seems like a steal.

The 7 Best Western RPGs: Immersive Adventures

RPGs are often huge, sprawling endeavours. With limited playtime, we have to choose wisely, so here's the best western RPGs available today.

SimpleSlave19d ago

"I started playing games yesterday" the List... Meh!

How about a few RPGs that deserve some love instead?
1 - Alpha Protocol - Now on GOG
2 - else Heart.Break()
3 - Shadowrun Trilogy
4 - Wasteland 2
5 - UnderRail
6 - Tyranny
7 - Torment: Tides of Numenera

And for a bonus game that flew under the radar:
8 - Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden

DustMan19d ago

Loved Alpha Protocol in all it's glorious jank. Great game.

SimpleSlave19d ago (Edited 19d ago )

Not only glorious jank, but the idea that the story can completely change depending on what you do, or say, or side with, makes it one of the most forward thinking games ever. The amount of story permutation is the equivalent of a Hitman level but in Story Form. And it wasn't just that the story changed, no, it was that you met completely new characters, or missed them, depending on your choices. Made Mass Effect feel static in comparison.

Alpha Protocol was absolutely glorious, indeed. And it was, and still is, more Next Gen than most anything out there these days. In this regard at least.

Pity.
