"The Deluge pack adds two new modes to Crackdown 2, and a few new extras, the most exciting of which has to be the Agency helicopter, which is armed to the teeth, and can even kill freaks by carving through them with the blades. Whilst Deluge can be played in single player, it’s both tough and pretty dull- it’s a game mode clearly designed for co-op."
