The HipHopGamer has always been a fascinating person to me. His enthusiasm is unmatched while his grammatical skills are…well, lacking. So, I asked myself, what if a series of HipHopGamer articles were submitted to a certified high school teacher as a writing assignment? The results are staggering if not enlightening.
Following on from the removal of its entire library of videos, Machinima is closing, owners Otter Media confirmed to Deadline late last week. The site reports that 81 employees have been laid off as part of the move, which Deadline confirmed via a WARN report filing.

Hugh Hancock, the founding father of Machinima and subsequently Strange Company has unexpectedly passed away.
RIP Dude.
Machinima was a big part of my teenage years especially during my Halo 2/3 years.
Thought he'd at least get a mention on the Youtube channel or even the Machinima website as it probably wouldn't have existed without him. Sad though, RIP.
