Neocrisis: We continue to get a few questions answered by answered by Mike Muir, founder of Eyehook Games.
DIYGamer: "Eyehook Games had one of the better sleeper hits in recent memory with its XBLIG roguelike Cursed Loot (formerly Epic Dungeon), and now they’ve grabbed our attention again with some gameplay footage from their next effort Cursed Cosmos (formerly Azure Void). The game is a step in another direction genre-wise for the developer, who promises a randomly generated galactic trading game with a real-time dynamic economy, real-time space battles, customizable ships, asteroid mining, and more."
Gary Hartley Writes: Epic Dungeon does itself credit by showcasing the best elements from years of Rogue-liking, but then manages to stand out of the crowd by daring to be different. Successful runs can last a matter of hours, premature ones a matter of seconds, but there’s always reason to come back and try again.
"Epic Dungeon from Eyehook promised a dungeon crawler with all the right additions for just 80 Microsoft Points (a dollar). After the trail, I instantly bought my way in to continue with my Barbarian into the depths of the increasingly difficult dungeon."
