Edge: It's a claim that's becoming wearily familiar by now: game X will redefine expectations for downloadable titles. The latest company to make this claim is Seed Studios, one of Portugal's few homegrown developers, and the first to produce a game for PS3. The title in question, Under Siege, is a PSN exclusive, Move-compatible RTS with built-in level editor that certainly looks robust enough in screenshots, but irrespective of its promise we can't help but suspect a trace of hyperbole. Even so, from the moment the luxurious intro - created by Axis Animation, the team behind cinematics for games such as Killzone 2 and Mass Effect 2 - begins it's difficult not to take Seed's intent seriously.
Filipe Pina, responsible for Under Siege has opened a new studio working in a multiplaform unkown project.
New price cut for Under Siege revelead by Seed Studios.
Gaming Unwrapped Writer Ryan T. Writes - "Well, Under Seige is back, and this time it is enhanced! Under Seige: Enhanced Edition puts you back in control of a small group of mercenaries that wants nothing more than to rebel, take back their kingdom, and maybe kick a little bit of butt along the way. I hope you are ready to be brought back to the real-time strategy games that have become so rare in this day and age. All the bullshit aside, while it was quite nostalgic to play Under Seige: Enhanced Edition, the game really didn’t offer me anything new and was nothing more than a mediocre attempt to delve into a dying genre."
Can't wait for this game. The level editor is gonna be fun to play with.
Me too!! It´s gonna be a great game!!! Can´t wait to try this!!
