Sony Corporation announced its consolidated results for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31,2011 (July 1,2010 to September 30,2010)
– Sony Corporation posted operating income of $827 million;the company reported net income of $375 million
– For the current fiscal year ending March 31, 2011, Sony expects to sell 15 million PS3s, 8 million PSPs and 6 million PS2s
