Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson has bizarrely compared Wayne Rooney's decision to leave to cows.
Ferguson, 68, has been rocked by his star striker's declaration that he would not sign a new contract. This news has since seen him linked with Manchester City, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Chelsea.
Speaking to reporters after United's 1-0 Champions League victory against Bursaspor, the Scot warned Rooney that the grass isn't always greener in fresh pastures.
