Super Meat Boy really captures the classic platformer vibe but most importantly; the game is very fun to play. Making my way through the levels and boss battles was very entertaining and had me coming back for more even with some of the frustrating levels. Saying “Just one more level” has kept me up well past my bedtime on more than one occasion. Team Meat has created an incredibly addicting, well crafted game with creative level design, tight controls and a cute story that simply cannot be missed. I am willing to trade in some of my Call of Duty time for just a few more levels in Super Meat Boy.

Microsoft is a little slow this month when it comes to announcing the Games with Gold lineup for June 2022. This has led to the lineup leaking ahead of the announcement.
This is just plain sad, they are basically charging you for online and that's it, I guess this goes hand in hand with the "tell me you only play AAA games without telling me you only play AAA games"
Both Gamepass and Gold games offerings have gone way downhill.

I actually really enjoyed Aven Colony when it was on Gamepass. I got it for free from Epic Store a few months back.

The last decade wasn't the Golden Age of platformers, that's for sure, but there were still many great games. Check out Wccftech's shortlist!
They put Celeste in the honorable mentions. Such a shame, this game is premium in platforming. Rayman is also def a 10/10 platformer.
