IGN writes: "When first released, Borderlands had a near perfect mix of level grinding and loot collecting, but it didn't really find its voice until the downloadable add-ons took its wacky sense of humor over the top. With the last add-on (The Secret Armory of General Knoxx) Gearbox learned that what really makes for a good add-on is a bunch of new stuff to kill and the ability to advance your character. Claptrap's New Robot Revolution is the fourth ridiculous expansion to Borderlands and it succeeds at giving the fans exactly what they want".
XMNR: The Xbox LIVE Deal of the Week features robot-themed discounts on the LIVE Arcade Game Gatling Gears and the Xbox Original Metal Arms: Glitch in the System as well as 50% off DLC for BioShock 2 and Borderlands.
Set to arrive later this month, a new action figure based upon the loveable Claptrap robots from Gearbox Software’s Borderlands videogame has been revealed. This highly detailed, poseable replica of the Claptrap robots is currently expected to be available from 31st May.
