Generations over Mania? Please… Generations doesnt have any new ideas in the levels/bosses.
Also a top 7 of Sonic games shouldn’t have any 3D crap and contain at least one of the 8-bit titles.
Sonic CD getting snubbed is weird. Number 1 is definitely interchangable between Sonic 2 and Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
Nothing wrong with putting Generations over Mania. Generations had a lot more to it. Mania was just a bit too short, despite how amazing it was. They're both top-tier Sonic games though.
I don't think mania was to short given 1,2,3, knuckles were between 1 and 3 hours long.
Mania was 5 hours roughly

Nope. Sonic 1 & 2 on the master system were great. Dont confuse these with the game gear versions either.

Sometimes I feel like the Sonic Advanced games just didn’t exist with how much it’s always forgotten 😭
Even as a Sonic fan, I didn't really care for those games, and getting the Chaos Emeralds were freakin' horrible. Even with an emulator and save states, I didn't have the desire to try. I also didn't like most of the levels or bosses either. Unfortunately, DiMPs aren't good at making Sonic games.

If I have to read another one of these lists that contains the sentence "The game that started it all" I'm gonna go nuts.
And when it comes to fan favourite zones in Sonic 3 (he mentioned Hydro City, Marble Garden and Launch Base), I'd replace Launch base and Marble Garden with Ice Cap zone. Never heard anyone refer to the others as favourites.
I sorta' stopped caring about this list when I saw Sonic Spinball (a genuinely great game) ranked lower than some of the noted atrocities.
Sonic and All Stars Racing Transformed is still my favorite kart racer.
I've never really been able to play online tho. D:
Can't even play Team Sonic Racing online cause the servers are broken and don't queue people together.
P.S. This is such a random list. I really don't agree with it. Maybe this really is how they rank it but them just seems odd personally.

I don't think anyone understands how BADLY this game has aged. I downloaded it and, while I wouldn't rate it this low, it's pretty broken.
Even if Sega weren't lazy and fixed camera controls (camera on right analogue stick) or just made it more responsive to run, would have easily been better...
Sonic Adventure is just proof, Sonic has NEVER been good in 3D.
I remember playing this on the dreamcast and just LOVED it... im shocked that its this bad... ill wait and see on getting it maybe. Prehaps its not as good as i remember it being.

People can say how bad it is or how bad they think the controls are.
Doesn't change the fact it was a epic game for the dreamcast and it was done a lot better then sonic 3d blast.
I'm enjoying this on my ps3, I have it foe dreamcast but the control slots are fired.
