Neocrisis: Think Aliens, think Dead Space, add an overheard view and Alien Breed: Impact is pretty much as scary and atmospheric as you can get. As the story goes, your vessel crashes into a ship out in the never-ending reaches of space – the vessel has now been infested by aliens, you job is simple; take out the invaders and try to get the hell out of there!
