It is great that people who only own the PS3 will be finally able to play Mass Effect 2 in January 2011 and eventually, Mass Effect 3. However, given the fact that Mass Effect is best enjoyed by creating your own Shepard and molding him/her by the choices you make throughout all 3 games. What makes Mass Effect 2 so appealing knowing that you would be missing 1/3 of the entire Mass Effect experience?

i guess no1 remembers Bioware saying..you dont need to play the 1st game....samething with dragon age 2.....what made fallout 3 appealing?most never played the pc versions
If Bioware says they have an introduction eliminating the need to play the 1st game, why not be excited to play one of the best games of 2010 (or so I'm told)?
I hope Wrex isn't dead in PS3 version
