No PS Network compatability for PS3 GTA IV?

Taken from the Yahoo GTA 4 trailer 2 page(by clicking on PS3 Info at the bottom) reveals that the PS3 version of GTA 4 will not be compatible with the PS Network. Although this confirms resolution for the PS3 version, this could be potentially bad news for Sony Gamers if this is true.
