are the worst JRPGS to be released. Sorry thought maybe you forgot the rest of the title :)
In its first years the 360 was the consol of choice for RPGs, Japanese or western, and you have to give Microsoft credit, they brought next gen JRPGs in the time japans developers turned to the handhelds for low cost production, Lost Odyssey is one of the best JRPG this generation and better than FF13, and if more polish was applied games like Blue Dragon, Last Remnant and Infinite Undiscovery could have become great as well.
They also commissioned Tales of Vesperia that was released in the same month in Japan and NA (a miracle).
But unfortunately Microsoft lost focus on game development in recent years, and just relied on timed exclusivity and third party games.
I Didn't even know there were that many JRPGS on the 360 to begin with honestly :-/
...is the best RPG this generation.
Why?
Jansen.
All in all, I'd say this has been the worst generation ever for JRPGs. The best of the genre in the past few years have mostly been on PS2, coming from Atlus. On the bright side, this shift of failure has turned me on to WRPGs.
