No Morrowind/Oblivion?

And San Andreas > GTA4.

The only great ones are Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2. Open world games are usually shovel ware because they're unpolished and the graphics are always mediocre.

GTA 4 is one of the most boring open world maps ever, GTA SA should have made it instead, what made the world so fun wasn't just its variety of the map but the freedom of it , there was just so much to do, and traveling was amazing, you could use anything from a bike, to a jumbo jet. man rockstar took a huge step backwards with GTA 4

Glad JC2 made it, that game was all sorts of awesome.

GTA:SA, Borderlands, Infamous, AC I/II, RDR, Twilight Princes. Their are probably more. But those are the ones that come to mind.

Also, Okami, Rogue Galaxy, and Jak 3 were great games.
