The top 10 PS3 games so far

The PS3 has become a power house system for great exclusives that push the system to its limits. With that said, it is no easy task to come up with a list of just ten games. So without further ado here are the top ten PS3 exclusives so far.

2. Metal Gear Solid 2

Metal Gear Solid 4 is the more than just a game. It is an experience. For starters the graphics are stunning beyond words. Which enables the story and cinematics to go above and beyond what had been seen before. The game managed to wrap up all the loose ends of the franchise. Yet, was coherent enough to be followed by newcomers to the franchise. If you missed this game the slap yourself for not doing so and then go buy it.

I hated the mg series right up until I tried mgs4, and then I hated it more. But then I went at it again one day when I was bored and used a little patience and didn't try to be a hero, and I realized just how great the game could be. I'm not impressed with Rising though, it's like it not even a metal gear game.

Original MGS Game is Tactical Espionage Action.

I prefer Tactical Espionage Action, always the best.

It is a small deal. PS3 has so many good exclusives it can be hard to narrow down a list of 10. I agree though, overall a really good list.

As much as I would have agreed with him a few years ago. . . MGS4 is no where near today's level of graphics. I just started playing it again yesterday. It was my only real game while on deployment. I think I played it 7 times over trying to get all of those patches. When the sand and heat finally killed my PS3, I lost the game saves when I had it repaired. Anyway. . . Minus Old Snake and the cutscene charaters, the game looks average. But that doesn't change the fact that it is one of the best games ever created.

i think you might of left some. My ps3 collection is about 40 games and 90% have great scores. I had to sell my xbox 360 to get some, i think next might be the wii.this is why i like the xbox a bit, because i wouldnt of been so broke :(

The PS3 has the best games for me also. Over 75 blu-ray games so far and many more to come. 18 games are exclusive to PS3, others multi-plat.
The list is good, I have 6 out of the 10.

I will buy all those when they come out and Infamous is also one of the best games there is period and maybe should have been a top 11 list with Infamous included. GT5 will send Forza to the junkyard this fall along with all those those millions of broken 360's to join it lol!

I own 6 of these games with the exceptions being resistance 2,(i do own 1 though), ratchet & clank, demon's souls,Valkyria Chronicles. I never thought a game would de-throne MGS4 until i played UC2 and i have beaten it several times already and play the online nearly everyday, alot more than MW2.I Think i need to go get me some Demon's Souls along with that copy of MODNATION Racers i'm getting today at the gamestop.

I think that Crack in Time is better than Tools. I also think that Resistance is WAY better than part two overall. The multiplayer in 2 is outstanding if you're on equal footing with the people you're against. But everything else was better in Resistance for me.

Demon Souls is good but it is too damn hard. I like to play my games. Not break my controller in frustration.
Or I could just really suck. Either way Demon Souls did not do it for me.

Do you even know what MGS's story is all about? That game is so bloody story oriented, it seems like it was written by J.R. Tolkien. The story is interwoven with everything being connected to another. The ending of MGS4 makes people cry, if they followed the story of all the games. Even the fact that Snake is a clone makes him age faster, it's not a random process. Once the people at Kojima Productions created MGS4, they created a masterpiece. It's not only my favourite game on the PS3, it's my favourite game in the world. I do personally place it above Uncharted 2, but that's just me.

Thats cool if you like the story dude. I like the story too. But it is in no way Oscar worthy. To me that is laughable for someone to argue that point.

havent played mgs, but its story is far superior. infact the only game on that list which is on par with the story of mgs 4 is god of war 3. purely because being the trilogy it wraps up things (im gonna get a lot of hate since people dont really think gow's story is well-progressed, true that)
but uc2? havent played that either, but jeeeeesus a jewish con-artist could write a better dialogue and script

This list is complete...pretty accurate actually. Ar certain points I think GoW III had Uncharted 2 tagged but those two or three (adding in MGS4) were decently close. I'd still GoWIII ahead of MGS4. SSM spent more time with the console.
