People have forgotten Leon from Zone of the Enders pretty quickly. Probably better that way, but he's the perfect candidate for this list. Thank goodness ZOE2 fixed that up with a vengeance. Granted, the protagonist's name is Dingo, but he's awesome. Makes up for the whole thing.

But the list was entertaining to read. I'd say that Ethan was more annoying than Jason, and also "Detective Nahmin Jaydin" - with an accent only describable as "I'm from Europe and have never heard anyone from America talk except Sylvester Stallone, and that was once. Wish me luck!"

Also, in the category of "Loud, annoying big guys," I think Zeke from inFamous beats Roman from GTA4. At least Roman was consistent in both actions and accent. Hopefully they make Zeke a more fleshed-out character in the sequel.

Especially hilarious was Horace the Bell-End. Gotta love British insults.

ZOE1 and ZOE2 laid the ground works that Leo is gonna be a great Orbital Frame pilot. He even gave Dingo Egret a hard time using that thing... i forgot what it's called... versus Jehuty. He's a more than above average pilot especially after reading some more information about him during his training when he didnt use Jehuty. I forgot the link.

I hated his friend in Infamous... he's so jealous of Cole's powers.

Anyway Otacon is not annoying at all, he's also one of the most fleshed out video game characters of all time, he has quirks, habits, personality - uno i really feel like i know the guy. And he's designed to make you feel cooler playing as snake, and serves as an unlikely companion. MGS just wouldn't be the same without him. And i think the same goes for Navi, just wouldn't be OOT without her. I do agree with much of this list though, fucking hope - i got to the point where if i heard one more hope pun like 'we just need to find hope' i would officially disown XIII - and i guess i did.

Personally, I would add Pandora in GOW3 on Chaos mode. At the section of "The Labyrinth" where the game sends seemingly endless waves of Sickle Wraiths, Sirens, Minotaurs, and soldiers, I try to keep a safe attack distance since it's so easy for the enemy to kill you. But no...this CHICK insists on crowding my space, attracting the enemies I'm trying to keep a distance from. I get killed and have to go through this headache of a level again because of her.
