I’ve grown up with pet cats all my life, including my current 8-year-old, nineteen-pound feline. When Microsoft announced Kinectimals at their E3 2010 press conference, stating that it would be a game filled with virtual cats, Coop turned to me, expecting that I would be melting at the possibility to raise an army of virtual kitties. Admittedly, the presentation was very cute, as is the game itself, but is it enough to sell anyone on Kinect, especially someone as undecided about it as I am? I really don’t think so."
