omggg.. I've always wanted to know how the disk tray in the PS3 worked and now i see how!! Quite the technology I gotta tell you.

Yeah my i thought my disk drive broke so i was gonna see if i could make one of those lasers from the bluray diode and the insides are pretty cool.
Turns out i just had to clean the lense with some alcohol and it works fine again.

Did anyone read the part that it says the PS3 DVD Drive?? It isn't using a DVD drive, I think its funny that they wrote the wrong thing or didn't know what the PS3's disc drive is.

I want one. I really do. Would give me an excuse to get a second PS3. I must say though that this drive is evil. Scratched my MGS3 disk the other day. (minor scratches only visible under light but the disk was in mint condition before that)

This picture should serve as proof tat i do own a PS3. QAnd i don't know, it happened yesterday and scared the shit out of me when i ejected the disk and heard a loud noise similar to grinding nails on a blackboard.

Cool to see how the drive works be nice if they put some back light or something and shown more of the ps3. Id take my shiny black ps3 over that anyday if the see through looked like that.

All you do to fix that is loosen the screws arond the casing very slightly, its just expanding from heating up nothing to worry about ( just too well put together lol )
