Should the developers be locked up for making Prison Break: Conspiracy?

Here is a snippet from the review:

"The fighting is worse than the stealth, however. The gameplay is extremely basic- fight until one person is knocked out, using a block, light punch, and heavy punch. You can counter, but given that most fights are quite easy, there’s not much point. There are no other weapons at all, you only use your fists throughout the entire game- and whilst you can train in the gym to improve strength, it never felt like it was making a difference."
