Halo 2 down to just one final player

The dedicated few who continued to play Halo 2 after Microsoft officially ended support for the console’s online service back on April 15th have been whittled down to one, solitary player.

But now he won he might as well forget it and quit there is no point because he could do the exact same thing on offline split screen multi player. :-/

Like me, like a lot of the other people who can respect this guy's effort. You're obviously not much of one, though, or you would understand that love. I bet that fella had a lot of spectacular Halo 2 moments, and had a real sense of loyalty to the game. I get that way with L4D, when I play with my favorite people. Amazing.

I mean, jeez, these guys made Halo 2 last almost 2 months after the servers were closed? That's crazy awesome. My network definitely isn't that stable, lucky bastards.

All Microsoft did in the big picture is disable any new Xboxs from connecting to Xbox Live anybody who was still connected to Xbox Live when they disabled Xbox live,they wont get disconnected.

Commendable... I'm pretty sure he probably has a life and girlfriend and just leaves his xbox on(it won't stop him from going out and playing ps3 or 360 or wii). I'm amazed his internet service hasn't botched up on him, mine has twice in the past month so i could never do something like that.

So those people who get their jollies assuming ppl that do this should get a life, should go and get one first rather than aimlessly pointing fingers on a msg board to justify their own epeens. I feel sorry for people that berate other people so much because generally those people are lacking in some social area as well. tsk tsk.
