Resolution Magazine: "Flotilla is a game so simple in its execution that it’s ultimately quite disappointing – a game that’s perhaps not supposed to be deep or complex, but still lacking much of anything on its bones. Attempting to amass enough points to rank high on the global scoreboard proves addictive, and, I suspect, is the entire point of the game. Sadly, it’s still begging for a little more gameplay gold to mess around with, and it’s for that reason that Flotilla is a bit of a miss for me. But God bless its imaginative little socks."
