Breaking news: Sony reveals redesigned PSP at E3
Sony has revealed a new version of PSP will be launched worldwide in September this year, as predicted earlier on Pocket Gamer.
Superficially similar to the existing PSP, the unit is actually one third lighter than the current PSP and 19 per cent slimmer.
Sony says that battery is more efficient, and the UMD faster loading.
There’s also the TV Out feature that many gamers (including our own readers in the comments below) have been crying out for, enabling you to output high quality video from the PSP onto your living room TV.
