It was the year the PS2 finally started making headway. 2000 signaled the slow death of the N64 and the PSX, while cranking out epic titles gamers still play today like Perfect Dark, Diablo II, Deus Ex, The Sims, Dead or Alive 2, Majora's Mask, as well as others. Fun game but, wow, you need a college degree to understand the controls.
A remaster would also save you from having to constantly fight the camera.
Keep the music though. Those drum and bass tracks fit really well and haven't aged. Made me think that more games could work well with drum and bass tracks, but unfortunately it's a somewhat niche genre now.
Xenogears, Xenosaga trilogy, Vagrant Story, Drakengards, Parasite Eve and many more but I’ll start with those
The Sims Legacy has been such a mess you just wanna scream "Groble!"
Unfortunately in order to run them properly on modern windows you have to tinker with ini files and mod em. Should've been a remaster, these games are much better than SIMS 4.
