its awesome because it requires two basic skills:

patience and precision

something MANY gamers lack nowdays =/

i like me some megaman whenever i'm fed up or bored of next gen graphics and super complex gameplay and want something old school, simple and fun =)

+ how can you NOT like Mega Man? He's so awesome!! and the music is the best! =D

Actually, MM10 is a lot less "jump die" than Mega Man 9, and has a lot less obnoxious obstacles than other games in the series. If that has been what's turned you off from the series, you might give MM10 a try when the demo comes out on XBLA.

If that's true, then I will love it. MM9 was a bit too "cheap" feeling for me to grind through it. I enjoy that try, die, repeat to a certain extent... but when it takes 30 lives to get through a single level, I'm quitting.

because its fun, timeless and requires a lot of dedication, causing the beating to be very satisfying (unlike 90% of the games nowdays)

if you don't like megaman tough luck

usually people attacking mega man are people that get frustrated by its difficulty

if its too hard for you, don't hate it, hate yourself for being too lazy and not trying hard enough xD

Fell out of the series after like 4 or so, these make me want to pick it up again at some point, and maybe try out the middley ones to see where it all went so wrong :S

te reviewer its completely crazy, this soundtrack its pretty good indeed and better that megaman 5,6 and even 1.

the problem with some people its that this soundtrack is too "serious or mature" like it was megaman 3 in his time.

this game have great tunes only u need to listen a few times and u will love it like all the others megaman games.

Megaman 10 it's a pretty good game and the OST rules,

plz reviewer how come that the SOLARMAN song only it's better than most of the megaman 6 OST?

Agreed, the times I've played the games, I've enjoyed them, but for some reason, I just never could sit through and have the patience to beat one of the games. Judging from the review, I don't think I'll start with this game either.

Mega Man games aren't really "do this until you get it right". If you click with Mega Man, you won't need to die over and over.

Same goes for Demon's Souls.
