I still think this idea was abit foolish since this money could of went towards development of new longer lasting hardware or 2 or more games.

What we can gather from this is really just that there is support for downloads, which could just mean patches. It *could* mean something more down the line, but it won't be the same content since Microsoft has exclusive rights to it.

Now there's also a chance of the info being incorrect, who knows, will have to see the game case when it is released as to what it says on the back. (Should mention something about downloadable content, I know it does this for Xbox games.)

Correct me if I'm wrong....but there's no typo, the headline on this post was created by the contributor. Now of course a popular game like this will have collector editions & special editions for both consoles(DVD, artwork, key chain, etc.= just bonus material)....that has nothing to do with the "exclusive" content that M$ paid Rockstar to create, no one knows what that exclusive content is going to be exactly but 1 things for sure it won't show up on PS3 since Rockstar signed a deal with the devil. -lol, Now if you want to speculate that Rockstar might make some totaly "different" exclusive content for PS3 3, 6 months after release then thats always possible, just remember that costs more $$$$, so somebody has to pay for it.

it's all about which games you like. the exclusive games the ps3 has to offer are much different. you won't find a bunch of FPS for the ps3 - that's what the 360 is for. other side, you won't find many games like Heavenly Sword for the 360 - that's what ps3 is for.

both consoles will have a huge game library in 2008 for everybody to choose from. i think most of the ps2 users will probably stay with the sony brand and get a ps3 as soon as it's price is a little down.

xbox, pc guys and shooter-fans will go with the 360. i own them both and you don't know how good it feels ;-)

Most PS2 buyers are pricebuyers, so called 'laggards' in the consolerace of buying stuff.

They buy anything that has games @ a price of about 200 dollar/euro. Like the Wii. THe thing isn't so damn great, but has some games and is cheap. Thus it sells.

PS2 same thing. Most of the people that own a PS2 are not brand minded. Only those die hard fanboys are. Myself, I switched a lot between gamingbrands in the past 22 years or so. Just picked the best or bought multiple. But the majority of people just buys when its 'cheap'

Well, I personally think kingofps3 acts like an @ss. He talks it up and likes to flaunt and he can't leave other people with different opinions alone. I think he's jealous of the 360's success.

I just bought a PS3 but I've already played most of the games on 360. Right now I only have Resistance on PS3 and it's great. Personally, I think both systems will have good games and that exclusives aren't dead in the water like some people believe. I bought a PS3 for the exclusives and I won't be let down.

People believed I was a 360 fanboy and for a time I admit I was. I wanted to buy PS3 but saw no need. I traded in my DS and PSP and my games and got a PS3 finally.
