Rebellion Developments has identified and confirmed an issue with the matchmaking system in the PC demo of Aliens vs Predator. It is not known yet whether or not a fix will be provided.
In the first part of our series we took a look at the inception of horror games. Now we delve deeper and see how they evolved throughout the decades.
"Ever since Xbox One backward compatibility was announced, gamers have been asking for a few high-profile games. While the majority of requests revolve around the Call of Duty franchise, the Aliens and Sonic franchises have been other hot series. Today, Microsoft announced that Aliens vs. Predator, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, and Sonic Unleashed are now backward compatible."
Kingdoms of Amalur was brilliant. Never did get a sequel because all the crap that happened after with the IP.
It looks as though the 2010 first person shooter, Aliens vs Predator might become a Xbox Backwards Compatible title soon based on its revamped Xbox Store product page.
Been playing the shit out of it on PS3. Hopefully this gives the game another lease of life. Such an underrated game imho.
not just the pc version.ive left it on matchaking for 20 miutes and havent gotten a game yet.
Same here, no connection ps3 demo. ROFL not a good start Rebellion, but i've also heard its not that good.
The demo only includes Deathmatch with 8 players. As soon as I spawned I was shot by other Marines. Not only that, everything kills the Marine in one hit. There's also no crouch button. Seems odd. So far the demo is an awful impression of the game. The demo should have included the Team Deathmatch that made the original so fun.
Been playing all day and had one connection issue on 360. It was for like 20 seconds but happened in the middle of a match. Loving the game by the way.
I tried the PC demo just a few hours ago and no luck. You'd think they'd patch it otherwise it renders the demo virtually pointless.
