I'm sorry but with this: #6 Tenchu Z <-- that's part of the most popular multiplatform. I think it's save to say that if Tenchu Z is in the top ten at all then people who buy from Gamefly need a little help in what is a good game vs what shouldn't be released.

people are renting these games to see if they are any good.(IE. crap games usual get pretty high on the list)

For example Forza Motorsport 2 wasn't at the top of the list in the first Gamefly Top 10 because no one rented because everyone bought it.

I always wondered why xbox had multiple leaders with similar titles like Phil Spencer, Matt Booty, and Sarah Bond, like, how many heads do you actually need?

Seems to me it would be more cost efficient to cut 2 of them instead of all those studios.
