Sony Signs Teleconferencing Tech Deal
Today, Avistar Communications has announced that its subsidiary, Collaboration Properties Inc., has signed a deal with Sony Corporation to license its technologies for the use of teleconferencing (video and audio).
The global non-exclusive deal allows Sony to use CPI’s technology in a number of potential products throughout its divisions, with ‘PlayStation products’ citied specifically in the statement.
