GTA 4 with realistic graphics mod: the better way?

PC Games Hardware published an article about the ENB Series graphics modification for Grand Theft Auto 4. The mod integrates anti-aliasing and several other graphics enhancements. They explain how to install the modification and deliver a predefined setting file that applies 2×2 Supersampling anti-aliasing. Furthermore they have four comparison screenshots that demonstrate the visual adjustments of the ENB Series Mod.
