This game sounds fantastic...the action seems crazy....I don't know why I haven't downloaded the demo on my 360 or ps3....but after all these high scores I really want to play it.

pretty awesome game. bayonetta kind of reminds me of uma thurman in kill bill. she has this sadistic way and is just such a strong character. i had to laugh so hard so many times. still have to beat it but its really cool. i kind of have to agree its way better than dmc4. its light years ahead.

i think i still like urma thurman's character appeal more. she didn't rely on sex or sleaze to be likable whereas bayonetta reminds me of a long-legged showgirl.

nonetheless, bayonetta is sounding good so i'll give it a rent.

This game has no appeal to me. I played the demo and it was just more of the same hack n' slash combo cash in game we've had over and over this decade. As much as people say it isn't DMC or Ninja Gaiden or God Of War or Conan, even. It is. It has all of those elements just with a boring lead character. One I could care less about and one that doesn't ressonate with me one bit. The graphics on the Ps3 version seemed bland and a little stale in comparison to Ps3 exclusive games I've been playing too. Maybe it's different on the xbox 360 but on the Ps3 the game is average with a below average lead character.

Well, as far as demo's go.

Yes this game is good. However, not great. I played the Jap import on PS3. If you can, I'd recommend getting this game for the 360.

I liked the combos, the action, the pacing, and the controls are fantastic. I think the game needed more puzzles and platforming elements, and overall more developement time for the PS3. The story is also weak at best. 8/10. It was fun. That's what the game is all about. Hope here is a sequel to this new IP which improves upon these elements.
